By accessing or using PainFinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PainFinder is a market research tool that analyzes public Reddit discussions to identify pain points and business opportunities in various niches. We use AI to process and summarize publicly available information.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
  • One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscription & Payments

Pricing

  • Free tier: 3 searches included
  • Lifetime Deal: $69 one-time payment for unlimited searches (limited to 100 spots)
  • Pro subscription (future): Monthly plan with additional features

Lifetime Deal Terms

  • Lifetime Deal grants unlimited access to core search and analysis features
  • Premium features added in the future may not be included in Lifetime Deal
  • Lifetime Deal is non-transferable and tied to your account
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with PainFinder, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" searches reflect normal human usage patterns for market research purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to bulk scrape or extract data
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercialize raw data obtained from PainFinder
  • Share account access with multiple users or organizations
  • Use the service in ways that degrade performance for other users

Accounts found violating this Fair Use Policy may have access limited or terminated without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using information obtained from our service

7. Intellectual Property

The PainFinder platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our insights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PainFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The analysis results are 100% accurate
  • Using our insights will result in business success

Our analysis is based on publicly available data and AI interpretation. Always conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PainFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
